Welcome To My Kids Closet!

 How To Shop:

  • Shop our collections, we organize by size and gender and the top drop down menus lists all available collections for Boys, Girls and Women
  • Add items to your cart you wish to purchase and complete the checkout process below
  • Check back often as new items are added daily to My Kids Closet!

Note: Most items have only one available, so items in your cart are not yours until checkout has been completed, items are first come first served and are only removed from the website after check out is complete

Checkout:

  • Please include your email address under Contact Information to ensure you receive delivery and pickup notifications.
  • Add your home address as the Shipping/Billing Address and a phone number.
  • You will then click on “Shipping” and under “Shipping Method” you will be prompted to pick 1 of 8 convenient pick up locations where your order will be delivered and made available for you to pick up

Note: While you are providing a Shipping Address this is for billing purposes only, direct Shipping is not available at this time. You must pick up your order from your chosen pickup location selected at check out within 5 days of receiving your order ready notification.

Payment:

  • After selecting your Pickup location, click “Continue to Payment” to select your payment method and pay for your order.
  • You may pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Bank Deposit (Email Money Transfer).
  • If you select Bank Deposit please send your EMT within 24 hours of checking out to mykidscloset@rogers.com. If an EMT is not received within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled

Pick Up:

  • Orders are fulfilled and delivered to our pickup locations once per week and are open 8am to 8pm, please pickup during these hours only.
  • Once your order has arrived at your selected pickup bin you will receive an email notification that your order is ready for pick up, details will be outlined including the address. 
  • Please wait until you receive email notification before going to retrieve your order.
  • Orders will be held at the pickup bin for 5 days
  • After 5 days, your orders will be removed from the bin and you may contact us at mykidscloset@rogers.com to make alternate arrangements which may include picking up your order at our primary Dorchester, ON location or you may be subject to a $5 re-delivery fee for your order to be returned to another pickup location 
  • Please ensure to pick up promptly after you receive notification as space is limited.

Returns:

  • Please email us at mykidscloset@rogers.com if you would like to return an item
  • We will reply by email to confirm your item is eligible for return and then you may return the item to the same pickup bin within 48 hours of receiving your return authorization
  • Please do not return any items before receiving a return authorization email from My Kids Closet
  • Items priced at $8 or more are eligible for return within 2 days of picking up your order, provided you picked up within the 5 day pickup window, any late pickups are not eligible for return
  • Items with a price of $7.99 or less are a final sale and are not eligible for return, credit or exchange
  • All returns are for a credit towards future purchases at My Kids Closet (no cash, credit card or other refunds will be provided on any items), to confirm your available credit or to use your credit, please contact us for instructions
  • For any issues with your items not displayed in our photography or included in our descriptions please email us at mykidscloset@rogers.com and we will do our best to make things right.
